Summer Youth Project 2010 The Wizard of Oz

Not long to go now!

Please find detailed below the provisional rehearsal schedule for you - please note times may change as we go through Project so keep an eye on the noticeboards, the website, facebook etc.

THURSDAY 19TH AUGUST: Doors open at 9.30am, start at 10am.  End, approx 7pm - EVERYONE

Principals, Green, Orange and Lilac groups until 8pm.

Please check noticeboard for times for Friday and Saturday.  Sunday times - TBC

COSTUMES TO BE IN BY THURSDAY 19TH AUGUST - IN PLASTIC BAGS AND FULLY LABELLED WITH YOUR NAME AND GROUP ON.

Monday 23rd: Doors open at 9.30am, start 10am, end approx 6pm. 

Live Outdoor Performance at Wharf Green 1pm

Tuesday 24th: 9am start to end (approx 10pm) TECHNICAL REHEARSAL

Wednesday 25th: 10am start to end (approx 10.30/11pm) DRESS REHEARSAL

Thursday 26th: TBC, at present approx 12pm call for DRESS REHEARSAL then in until end of show

Friday 27th: TBC, as long as everything OK then call should be approx 5pm, but may be earlier if required

Saturday 28th: TBC, as long as everything OK then call should be approx 12pm, but may be earlier if required

Sunday 29th: TBC, as long as everything OK then call should be approx 12pm, but may be earlier if required - finish will be later on this day to make sure costumes etc are away and dressing rooms are clear.

We look forward to seeing you bright and breezy for fun on Sunday 15th August - Doors open at 9am for registration.
